Matthew Loder was raised in Richmondville and currently resides in Cobleskill with his wife Julie and their daughters Hannah and Olivia. He is an alumnus of SUNY Cobleskill and Cobleskill High School. Matthew’s professional career started at Country Boy Realty in 1999 as a sales agent and becoming principle broker / owner in 2012.
Matthew has received multiple Sales Volume Awards, including Top Sales Agent for Schoharie County for the last ten years from the WCR Council of Realtors. He was recognized as a Top 100 Residential Real Estate Agent in the Albany Region in 2020, undeniably one of the most challenging and unique years due to the pandemic. He has also served as a Directory for Schoharie, Schenectady, and Saratoga Board of Realtors and also was a Director of the Capital Region Multiple Listing Service Board.
