Christy Gillespie-Quinn has 10 years of experience working exclusively with Country Boy Realty and likes to think that she is not just selling real estate but helping families build a life they have always dreamed of. Christy has lived in Schoharie Country for over 30 years. She settled in Cobleskill after graduating from Herkimer Community College and later SUNY Cobleskill. She became a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker just after 2 years of experience and has been ranked among the top 10% of all agents in the Capital Region by the Women’s Council of Realtors every year since 2016. Recently she became a member of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, CIREB. Emilie Reimer moved to Cobleskill from Eastern Long Island to pursue an Agricultural degree in 2015. Since then, she has received a Bachelor’s of Technology in Animal Science from SUNY Cobleskill. She went on to work for the Farm Service Agency, helping farmers navigate USDA programs and crop reporting. Emilie received her real estate license in 2022 after finding excitement in the home buying process herself. Along with her agriculture background, Emilie is passionate about showing clients all that country living has to offer. She is an enthusiastic member of the Country Boy team, whose ambition is present in everything she does. Emilie also serves as Secretary for the Schoharie County Farm Bureau. Outside of work she enjoys beekeeping, tending to her livestock and in the winter months snowboarding.
Heather entered the world of real estate with a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and banking, bringing a well-rounded understanding to one of life’s biggest milestones—buying or selling a home. Having personally bought and sold homes, including her own family home and a log home, and assisting in the construction of multiple family dwellings, Heather approaches every transaction with firsthand experience and genuine care. Matthew Loder was raised in Richmondville and currently resides in Cobleskill with his wife Julie and their daughters Hannah and Olivia. He is an alumnus of SUNY Cobleskill and Cobleskill High School. Matthew’s professional career started at Country Boy Realty in 1999 as a sales agent and becoming principle broker / owner in 2012. Matthew has received multiple Sales Volume Awards, including Top Sales Agent for Schoharie County for the last ten years from the WCR Council of Realtors. He was recognized as a Top 100 Residential Real Estate Agent in the Albany Region in 2020, undeniably one of the most challenging and unique years due to the pandemic. He has also served as a Directory for Schoharie, Schenectady, and Saratoga Board of Realtors and also was a Director of the Capital Region Multiple Listing Service Board.
